The agreement between Royal Destination Travel and Tours Inc. and its User is outlined in these Terms and Conditions. It should be assumed that everyone who uses, accesses, and obtains any content, goods, or services via this website or any website connected to Royal Destination Travel and Tours Inc. has read and agrees to these terms and conditions. It is the users' and customers' responsibility to stay up to date on the most recent Terms and Conditions posted on this website by Royal Destination Travel and Tours Inc.

1. General

The website www.royaldestination-travel.com, including all contents and infrastructure of this Website is owned and operated by Royal Destination Travel and Tours Inc.
The website offers an online booking platform for the following services:
1. Day Tours and Day passes
2. Multi-day Tours and Packages
3. Accommodation
4. Flights
We may modify, revise or update these Terms and Conditions and/or the Privacy Policy, at any time, by updating this posting.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use content owned by Royal Destination Travel and Tours Inc. (inclusive of text, images, URLs, pricing information, etc.) in any way except for your own personal use.

2. User Accounts

Users must register on the website and fill out your personal information in order to use some of its features. It is your obligation to protect the privacy of your account password. You are also responsible for whatever you do with regard to your account. You agree to notify us immediately if someone uses your account without permission.
You may only use your account for personal purposes. It is prohibited to make more than one account, use an email address other than your own, impersonate someone else (for example, by taking on the name of a celebrity), or establish an account for anyone else. We have the right to terminate your account whenever we see fit.
Royal Destination Travel and Tours Inc. is not responsible for stolen security credentials or passwords.

By emailing, posting, or otherwise submitting content to this website, including hotel reviews, images, videos, questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, or the like contained in any submissions (collectively, “Submissions”), you grant Royal Destination Travel and Tours Inc. and the co-branded, linked, and/or affiliated website partners through which we provide service (collectively, the “Affiliates”), a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable, irrevocable, and fully subligable right to:
1. use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, publish, create derivative works from and publicly display and perform such Submissions throughout the world in any media, now known or hereafter devised; and
2. use the name that you submit in connection with such Submission.
You acknowledge that Royal Destination Travel and Tours Inc. may share these Submissions with our supplier partners and that we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to give credit for any comments or reviews you make (for example, by including your name and hometown on a hotel review you post).
You also provide Royal Destination Travel and Tours Inc. permission to legally pursue any individual or organization that breaches these Terms and infringes on either your or RDTATI rights in the Submissions.
You acknowledge and agree that contributions are neither proprietary nor private. By submitting your work, you hereby irrevocably waive any “moral rights” (such as rights of attribution or integrity) that may have been included in it. You also agree that we, the Affiliates, or any of our partners or licensees may publish, use, alter, delete, or otherwise exploit your work for any purpose.
Regarding any Submissions that you post or submit, we disclaim all liability and accountability. We have total control over which of your comments appear on the website, and posting is not mandatory. Should you not agree with these Terms, kindly do not submit any work to us.
Your Submissions (including, but not limited to, reviews made to this Website) are entirely your responsibility. Posting or sending anything to or from this website is forbidden:
1. any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or other material or content that would violate rights of publicity and/or privacy or that would violate any law;

If you violate any of the aforementioned restrictions, you will be completely responsible for any damages and/or injury that arise from your putting content on this website. Only the most current review you provide for the same hotel will be used if you submit more than one.
Any liability resulting from someone relying on your Submission for accuracy, comprehensiveness, or usefulness, or from you divulging any personally identifiable information in your Submission, is fully assumed by you. You guarantee that the material you have provided will be used as specified here and that you are authorized to use it and have the necessary permissions. It is not allowed to imply in any way that Royal Destination Travel and Tours Inc. supports or approves of your proposal.
On the website and in other media, Royal Destination Travel and Tours Inc. and its affiliates may place advertisements and other material next to or with your submission. For these adverts, you are not entitled to receive payment. Without giving you prior notice, the form, scope, and mode of such advertising are subject to change.

4. Pricing, Inclusions, and Exclusions

The dates shown on royaldestination-travel.com or any website connected to Royal Destination Travel and Tours Inc. apply to all goods, trips, and services provided by Royal Destination Travel and Tours Inc. There are times when suppliers and/or service providers alter the dates, costs, inclusions, coverage, and age restrictions of a tour.
Unless otherwise noted, all prices on royaldestination-travel.com and websites connected to Royal Destination Travel & Tours Inc. are per person.
The local tariff in effect at the time of quotation is the basis for prices, which are then converted at the current foreign exchange rate as decided by Royal Destination Travel and Tours Inc.
Unless otherwise specified, prices do not include any local taxes or use fees pertaining to foreign departure, security, ports, parks, customs, immigration, agriculture, passenger amenities, or international transportation tax.
The following are excluded from the prices: gratuities to tour directors, drivers, or local guides; passport and visa fees; baggage and personal insurance; personal items; and any drinks or food that isn’t mentioned under “Inclusions” on the product pages of websites owned by Royal Destination Travel and Tours Inc. or royaldestination-travel.com.
Royal Destination Travel and Tours Inc. maintains the right to withhold the price of any specific element (such as flights, hotels, transfers, etc.) in our trip packages in accordance with our confidentiality agreements with various stakeholders.
Quote prices are subject to change without notice based on availability. Availability-related adjustments to reservations may be “endorsed” to alternative options with the consent of the visitor.

Multi -day Tour

In the event that your first choice of lodging is not available, RDTATI will provide you a substitute in a comparable category. All flights are contingent upon availability. RDTATI will give you the flight schedules that are available on the dates of your choice in the event that your desired timetable changes.

Day Tours

In the event that our tour operator is unable to confirm the day tour you have reserved, RDTATI will arrange for an equivalent day tour for you. You might have to pay more if the alternative service falls into a higher category.
If the suggested alternate day tour will not be accepted, a full refund will be issued.

Land and Sea Transfer

Should the transfer you booked cannot be confirmed by our designated tour operator, RDTATI will provide you with a similar transfer product.
If the suggested similar transfer offer will not be accepted, a full refund will be processed.

Transfers

In the event that unanticipated circumstances prevent your selected transportation service from operating, your consent will be required before a comparable alternative would be suggested. Additional payment may be required if the alternate service is of a higher category, while; Refund/s will be issued for alternate services with a lower category level.
If the recommended alternative is unacceptable, a full refund shall be issued.

Flights

In the event that unanticipated circumstances prevent you from obtaining your selected flight schedule and seat class, an alternate trip for the same day will be suggested, pending your consent.
Should you stick with your chosen flight schedule, with the available seats of higher class-level, additional payment may be required.
If the suggested schedule or available seats of your chosen schedule is not accepted, a full refund will be processed.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations of Day Tours and Multi-Day tours from independent operators
- Day tours operated by independent operators that are reserved through the Royal Destination Travel and Tours Inc. website may be canceled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour’s departure for a complete refund. We will adhere to any lead time that is indicated for the booked product in the Good to Know portion of the product description.
- Regardless of the operator, cancellations of any tours or packages without flights that continue for two days or longer may be made up to thirty (30) days in advance of the tour departure date; however, only a 70% refund will be given to each consumer. The operator’s planning and arrangement costs are covered by the remaining 30% of the service price. Kindly be aware that reducing the number of individuals in a reservation is regarded as a cancellation. If tours are canceled with fewer than 30 days before the departure date, travelers will not be eligible for a refund.
- 14 days prior to departure, multi-day package full amount will no longer be refundable
Cancelation of Multi-Day Travel Packages with Flights
- Travel packages with flights are non-rebookable and non-refundable with the exception of unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure.
- All packages are subject to the availability of the flight and accommodation components; however, rest assured that Royal Destination Travel and Tours Inc. (RDTATI) will do its best to secure your most preferred travel dates. Otherwise, a rebooking or cancelation may be availed.
- Flights are non-refundable, and rebooking is subject to availability, applicable fare differences and/or rebooking fees imposed by the airlines.
- RDTATI will not be liable for any cancelations or penalties incurred by the traveler due to the failure of fully and properly complying with the existing travel protocols implemented by the national government or the destination’s local government unit.
All discounted tours under a promotional campaign are non-refundable. Promo or discounted multi-day tours are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-rebookable. Unless, otherwise, traveler is entitled to a refund in accordance with these terms and conditions.
In case of partial cancellations, e.g. a tour or activity portion of a multi-day tour is cancelled by the operator, or a tour itinerary is changed due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, a partial refund is due. If an activity is changed, the price difference between activities will be refunded, or a percentage stated by tour operator as the standard refund due to changes in program of the tour.
Bank-initiated transaction and/or processing fees for refunding purchases settled through bank deposit, online bank transfer, e-wallets, and other similar forms of online fund transfers shall be covered by the customer. The net refundable amount will be disclosed to the customer prior to being remitted, and will automatically reflect on the customer’s account within the next 3-5 business days for local transactions and 5-7 business days for international transactions. Once Royal Destination Travel and Tours Inc. confirms that the refund has been processed internally, guests are responsible for checking the status with their respective bank, as Royal Destination Travel and Tours Inc. doesn’t have visibility on guests’ bank transactions.
Cancellations due to weather conditions
- If your tour is cancelled by the tour provider due to weather conditions or any other environmental circumstances, you will always receive a full refund.
- In case of force majeure in the Philippines which prevents you to continue your travel in the Philippines, you will also receive a full refund on all products booked on Royal Destination Travel and Tours Inc.
Cancellation of individual/s in group bookings
- Reducing the number of people in a booking is considered cancellation.
How to Cancel or Change a Booking

1. All cancellations and changes must be made by responding to the email voucher that you received after booking.

2. Refund of delivered services needs to be submitted within 15 days after the completion of the tour/package services. All refund requests must be made through email to inbound@royaldestination-travel.com with the email subject as: Refund Request – [Order number].

3. We do not charge anything for helping you change or make simple rearrangements to your booking for day tours, multi-day tours serviced by independent operators, and car rentals as long as they are requested within the window allowed for changes to a product, but costs can change accordingly with your new details. Please be advised that though we always try our best, due to high demand and low availability, rearrangements are not always possible.

4. For Multi-day Packages arranged by Royal Destination Travel and Tours Inc., please contact your travel planner (your contact at RDTATI) for any changes needed. We do not charge anything for helping you change or make simple rearrangements to your Holiday Package, but please note that costs can change accordingly, depending on hotel rates, car rentals, change of included products, etc. In that case, we will either notify you about the increased costs or refund you the difference. In cases where changes reach a form that requires rebooking and tailoring of travel, a service fee of 15% of total tour price might apply.

5. All cancellations not covered by the cancellation policy should be requested for review and are subject for approval. Should there be any cancellations with refund requests, a formal request through e-mail must be forwarded to Royal Destination Travel and Tours Inc. (RDTATI) with the proper documentation to support the claim. The cancellation requests can be sent through the same email thread where your reservation voucher/s were sent.

6. Pickups

During the booking process, you will be able to choose a pickup location and starting time. If you do not show up for the scheduled pickup time and location stated on your booking, your reservation is non-refundable.
You have the option to amend your pickup location up to 24 hours prior to the tour departure if you are unsure of it when you make your reservation. To adjust your pickup location and other data, click the link in the voucher email. In the event that you do not get a confirmation of the updated pickup location, please contact the number on your voucher.

7. Terms of Payment

Online reservations must be settled in full using the following payment methods: debit card, credit card, or available e-wallet platforms on the website.
The flexible payment plan is only available for purchases totaling more than 600USD. At least 50% of the entire gross amount should be paid as the first non-refundable down payment. Rebooking the 50% down payment may be possible, but there may be ticket differences and/or rebooking fees. The entire amount needs to be paid in full thirty (30) days before your arrival. Every charge is expressed in dollars. You can view an estimate of prices in several different currencies on our website. This is merely to assist you in comprehending the estimated cost in the currency of your choice. All final payments are made in US dollars. Since Royal Destination Travel and Tours Inc. does not impose any booking or transaction costs, we are also able to issue refunds in USD. However, we cannot be held responsible for any currency exchange losses that may arise during transactions, nor for any third-party transaction fees that may be incurred at the time of payment or refund

8. Limitation of Liability

Although it does not run any trips, Royal Destination Travel and Tours Inc. can connect you with operators and service providers in the Philippines. Because Royal Destination Travel and Tours Inc. does not impose any fees on Users, it is also not responsible for any mishaps, injuries, damages, delays, or costs resulting from the operator, guide, or use of its services.
The Hotel ratings on this website are merely meant to serve as broad recommendations, and Royal Destination Travel and Tours Inc. makes no guarantees regarding their accuracy. Regarding the availability of particular goods and services, Royal Destination Travel & Tours Inc. cannot provide any assurances. We reserve the right to modify or enhance the website at any time.
Although it will use all available resources to arrange your preferred flight schedule, Royal Destination Travel and Tours cannot guarantee that it will be available. Unexpected, unanticipated, and last-minute changes made by the airline could have an impact on your reservation and modify your intended itinerary.
